CHI Companies is an affiliate of REIC Specialty, a fast growing, elite equipment rental company specializing in providing our customers temporary heat, cooling, and dehumidification equipment. We currently have 13 locations and operate under several brand names including Construction Heaters, Inc, Cahill, and Total Construction Rentals.

A Typical Day Might Include the Following:
- Load trucks for days deliveries
- Complete required paperwork
- Perform field repairs on equipment using existing and/or learned skills
- Deliver and install heating, cooling, and dehumidification equipment to customer sites
- Present yourself in a professional manor
Top Candidates Will Have:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Have a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and commit to a drug-free workplace
- Must be willing to travel out of state and overnight when needed (up to 50% during
winter season) - Have basic mechanical/electrical aptitude
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to take instruction and understand goals and processes
- Ability to work fluctuating schedules which include some Saturdays
- Complete other duties as assigned
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and the ability to perform tasks such as
walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and reaching. - Ability to lift up to 75 pounds several times throughout a shift

HVAC Service Technician
- Chaska MN
- Full Time
The HVAC/R Technician role is primarily responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of HVAC Rental Grade equipment including commercial air conditioning, spot coolers, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps and Desiccant & Refrigeration dehumidification equipment. Mentoring junior service personnel, in addition to helping resolve service issues over the phone with onsite personnel.
